Kayla on the box

Kayla got brave enough to stand up on "the box" and tell the world about God's Law. She did a great job. This is where it's hard not to be prideful as a mother when you see your baby working for the Lord. Thank you for using her, Lord. Thank you for all of our precious babies and the plans you have for them! This is getting exciting. Katie really wanted to go too, but she served on the homefront with her very sick little brother. She's raring to go next time.

Reaching the lost....

Our pastor, and a man named Antonio, I think. He, too, became concerned about his eternity and he got really antsy as he saw himself in God's eyes-as a lawbreaker. He difinitely got something to think about this day. His wife is just to the left of this photo. She listened intently as well. What an encouragement to have a pastor who is not ashamed of the gospel!

Another fishing trip...

Here our pastor talks to the crowd and a woman named KiKi. She got a full presentation of the
gospel, a shirt, and a book. She was concerned about her eternal destination. May she accept Christ as
Savior!

Colton's feeling better

Colton is already getting back to his old self. He's eating/drinking again. He's playing with his hotwheels cars in the hall right now. Joy to his mother's ears! We are thanking God for healing Colton so quickly. And we have sun again today! WOW!

Colton has mono

Colton was diagnosed with mono today. Our doctor met us at her office for a special Sunday appointment. He was seen Friday and now again today. She started him on some strong medicine and he's beginning to perk up a bit. He said last night, "I can't sleep, my throat hurts. Would you please sing me a song?" So I did what any mom would do at 3am-SUNG! I'm glad everyone else was asleep!

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers! May God bless you and your families. I'm so thankful for all of the blessings in my life. God is so good to us. May your day be special, too.

Contending for the faith

This is our Pastor and "Paul" the Viking. The man thinks he is a viking. He worships Oden. Our pastor, Adam Gray, held his ground and taught Paul through the Law. Paul was argumentative and beligerent, but the seeds went out. Needless to say it was VERY interesting.

Can a CD be wrong?

Colton saw a commercial on an old VHS movie for The Lion King game. He came running into the kithcen and said, "Mom, can we please get that Lion King CD wrong?" I hated to tell him that it was too old for our computer. He just said, "That's OK, maybe they have a new CD wrong game with the Lion King at the Store." Way to go! Make lemonade when you get lemons!

"I'm gonna figure this out."

:
Why do they have to get bigger? I mean I'm glad he's growing up, but this is one of those milestones like being five that are so emotional. You just never forget these as a mom. This is the bike Daddy got for him yesterday and he was learning in the rain because that's what you do here. We practiced some more today and he loves it!

Father's Day

Katie and Colton were talking about Father's Day. He said, "I should get something for Father's Day because I'm going to be a dad one day too." Katie told him, "No, Colton, it doesn't work that way, you're just a kid." He said, "Well then, when's kid's day?!"
Isn't it funny how they see things? HA!
